At Carry Hope, every piece of jewelry is thoughtfully created to serve as a daily reminder of hope, faith, and strength.
Before placing your order, we kindly ask that you carefully review your selected size, finish, and product details. As each order is prepared specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders or changes of mind.
Please note that because our jewelry is made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 24–72 business hours.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days for customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and most international destinations.
As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and the shipping carrier. While we always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays outside of our control are not the responsibility of Carry Hope.
RETURNS
We only accept returns when the jewelry has a genuine issue, including:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage during transit
- Incorrect item received
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected
- Personal preference
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, please ensure that:
- The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You include your order number along with clear photos showing the issue.
Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and work quickly to provide a replacement or an appropriate solution.
